1. Planet in house only influence to that house , here that planet is like a guest of that house.

2. That house signlord is the owner of the house so he has more controlling power than the planet in the house.

3. If any planet falls under signlord planet nakshatra then the planet who is placed in the house as a guest has more controlling power than the signlord over that house this rule is exceptional but it’s the most useful in practical chart analysis where most of astrology learner fail.

4. That house nakshatra pada shows what kind of events that you’ll get from the house signified by dasha planets.

5. That house upanakshatra lord planet’s conditions shows what kind of promise of results that you’ll get from that house with good or bad results.

6. We’ve total 12 houses in astrological chart, so you’ve to find out all 12th houses conditions to know what kind of promise of events that you’ll get in your life.

7. If running dasha planet is upanakshatra lord of any house then that house conditions becomes most important at that time & you’ve complete that house task or conditions signified by it’s nakshatra pada.

8. If any planet is closed to any house within 3 degree 20 minutes then that planet is always strong significator of that house.

9. While judging dasha planets , you must check that dasha planets degree to know how close it is placed near to that cusp & it’s nakshatra pada & upanakshatra lord conditions to know that outcome result that you’ll get from the dasha planets.
